Corporate Leadership Recalibration

Corporate Leadership Recalibration
Regulation is infrastructure, not an amenity.
Companies invest heavily in performance — output, metrics, growth — and almost nothing in the nervous system producing it. Burnout, disengagement, and turnover are downstream of one thing: a workforce running on depleted regulation.
I'm Kymberly Marciano, founder of Grayceland Healing and a sonic architect. For six years I've studied and practiced sound and energy work — not "playing intuitively," but designing frequency, voice, and instrument with intention to move a body from stress into recovery, focus, and clarity. This is a Master's-level practice (Academy of Intuition Medicine®, 2020–2022), refined through continued study and years of applied work with real clients.
My work has lived inside Four Seasons Surfside and Namo Sanctuary, and I've led a private corporate recalibration session for Colin Cowie Lifestyle and Jacquie Aiche — bringing this practice into rooms where the stakes are decisions, not just relaxation.
Corporate Leadership Recalibration is direct, in-person work for employers and employees who understand that the relationship between the two is a wellness metric, not just an HR one. Regulated people lead better, retain longer, and burn out less. That's not a spiritual claim. It's a nervous system fact.
What We Offer
-
For founders and executives carrying the weight of the room. One-on-one sound and energy work designed around your specific stress patterns and demands.
-
A team regulates together, or it doesn't regulate at all.
I bring a group into coherence — same room, same frequency, often for the first time outside a deadline or a crisis. When a team arrives on the same page, the shift is felt: communication clears, defensiveness softens, people hear one another.
Every session leaves your team with simple tools to return to that state on their own — not only a memorable hour, but a path forward you can rely on.
An invitation for offsites, leadership retreats, all-hands resets, or any team ready to move from alignment rather than friction.
-
Companies bring me in because they want more than a single event — they want consistency. A quarterly or monthly rhythm that supports the business, sustains morale, and keeps employees feeling genuinely cared for, not just checked on.
Nervous system regulation isn't a wellness buzzword here — it's the mechanism behind sharper focus, steadier decision-making, and a team that can sustain performance without burning out. A regulated workforce is a resilient one.
Partnerships are built around what your company specifically needs — leadership teams, all-staff wellness, or an onboarding culture that holds this standard from day one.
